My PCOS Journey

My journey with PCOS has been a rollercoaster of discovering what works best for my body, especially when it comes to managing symptoms naturally. When I was first diagnosed, I felt a mixture of relief and fear. Finally, I had an explanation for my irregular periods, weight gain, and persistent acne, but I was also unsure about how to move forward without relying heavily on medications.

Living with PCOS is a continuous learning process, and while the challenges persist, I know I’m equipped to handle them with a combination of natural remedies, support, and self-compassion.
